I waited about 40 mins and called back and the person was like you haven't got it yet and i said no. One morning I called for an iron which most hotel rooms usually have and was told they will send one for me. At that time my friend and I were so disappointed that we started to check the remaining time we have till we leave the resort and return home. The restaurants outside the hotel were closing so we decided at that moment to go to the coco cafe where we were forced to have some sort of tasteless pizzas and wraps. She recommended that we go out of the hotel for dinner and we left without being fed. That same Thursday night, we dressed up and we joined our neighbors from room #5105 for dinner at the restaurant close to the sea and we waited for like 30- 40 minutes in a line till we got to the front and was told that we may have to hold on for 30 more mins and when we do get a seat we will have another wait. One evening while in bed my friend shouted out to me that there is a roach moving around the floor and I ran out of bed to kill it. Mr Alain also sent wine to our room which should have been done at the beginning of our stay. So basically only got to use the Preferred club on Thursday night, Friday and Saturday we departed. At that moment is when I felt unwanted and was very depressed and we were very disappointed knowing our 5 days have gone by and only on thursday we got access. We approached Alain at the preferred club and told him what was happening and he apologise and was checking our records and said the person who checked us in didn't put us as travel agents on the system and she supposed to send us at the preferred club which was never done and only till that thursday night we had gain entry to experience and have access to the preferred club. At that time I was already tired of all that was happening. She was like no you should have access so let's go and speak to them about it. On Thursday evening she said let's go to the preferred club and have a couple drinks and I was ashamed to say my room keys wouldn't give us access to it because I tried it at the beginning and it didn't open. She showed me her room which is in the same room category and we were looking at what they have got and that's when we realised that neither wine in a bucket nor fruits was there in our room at arrival, slippers were missing, robe was not in the room. On Wednesday, I met two friendly neighbors and we started to interact at our pool and found out that she was a travel agent as well and we started conversing and I was telling her all my experiences thus far which I never encountered in my past travels. You all advertise different restaurant options available at the resort but I was told due to the low season only one is open at a time to facilitate everyone. The market cafe has a lot of flies which I will attach a video and pictures of the flies sitting on what people have to consume which I find was very unhygienic. There were like 10 different pork sausages but not one chicken sausage. I cannot eat pork or bacon and I was forced to have eggs every morning. I told her I don't want to be recommending a resort to customers and they have to endure this type of service.īreakfast is very limited, of which I can consume. I'm not a person to complain but this was my first ever horrific experience from someone traveling frequently into different Hotels & Resorts. I met with Christian that evening and we spoke about it and she apologised and tried to comfort us. The coffee maker water section had mildew - Will attached photo There isn't any alcohol in the room ( Thankfully I purchased my own bottles of rum so I can enjoy it in the room.ĥ. The room was beautifully decorated but a lot was missing from the amenities.ģ. Upon receiving our keys to our room we were escorted to our room #5104. We were two hour earlier from check in time so we were told we can hang around the resort till the room becomes available. I gave her all the information that was requested and also our Travel Id's. I waited for almost 20 mins until I saw another staff member come out and I asked if we were going to be assisted in checking in. I tried to wave to her but she was busy with her conversation over the telephone. Upon arrival, I entered your lobby with no one to greet me but I walked up to a desk where one member of staff was sitting on a phone call which she didn't bother to lift her head to greet us or assist us with the check in.
